WEBSITE USAGE

By using our website, you agree not to scrape content, use automated systems to submit inquiries, or post inappropriate content. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings that violate these terms.

BOOKING PROCESS

Submit the inquiry form with your event details.

We contact you to confirm availability and send a contract.

Booking is only confirmed once the contract is signed and full payment is received.

All events must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.

PACKAGES & WHAT'S INCLUDED

All packages serve a minimum of 12 children.

Additional children require package upgrades at additional cost.

Stuffed animals are ordered in sets of 6 per style (2 styles per 12 children).

Decor stations include package materials only. Clients provide all tables and chairs for crafting.

Exact inclusions vary by package selected.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment is due upon contract signing to confirm booking.

Payments processed via Stripe invoice.

 

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY REFUNDS

No refunds are provided except as determined at the sole discretion of Timeless Teddies management if circumstances are deemed reasonable.

CANCELLATIONS

Available only for parties booked 30+ days in advance, subject to a 15% processing fee (85% refund).

 

RESCHEDULING

Requires minimum 7 days notice and is subject to availability.

 

EVENT REQUIREMENTS

Client provides:

Space for setup (minimum 10x10ft area per 12 children).

All tables and chairs for crafting stations.

Power outlet for equipment.

Trash receptacles.

We provide:

All teddy-making materials per selected package.

Setup and teardown of our equipment.

Event host(s) for the duration.

 

SERVICE AREA & TRAVEL

Serving Las Vegas and surrounding areas.

Travel fees may apply beyond 25 miles from central Las Vegas.

 

LIABILITY & SAFETY

Clients assume responsibility for child supervision during the event.

Timeless Teddies is not liable for injuries, allergies, or accidents.

Small parts may pose choking hazard for children under 3.

 

WEATHER POLICY

Outdoor events require shelter from weather. We reserve right to reschedule rain/dangerous conditions at no penalty.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

Timeless Teddies is not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including weather, illness of staff, or government restrictions.

 

DAMAGED MATERIALS

If party materials arrive damaged or are unusable due to our error, contact us within 24 hours for replacement. We are not responsible for damage caused by client handling or storage.

 

PRIVACY

We collect inquiry information only to process bookings. This data is used for service delivery, payment processing, and communication. We do not sell customer data.

 

CHANGE TO TERMS

We may update these terms. Continued inquiries/booking constitutes acceptance.
