Refund Policy
SERVICING LAS VEGAS AREA PARTIES
NO REFUNDS
Due to the custom preparation and event-specific nature of our mobile teddy-making parties, all payments are final once the contract is signed. We are committed to exceptional service and will work to resolve legitimate concerns.
Limited Exceptions
Refunds are not provided except at the sole discretion of Timeless Teddies management if circumstances are deemed reasonable and the party has not occurred.
Cancellations
Cancellations available only for parties booked 30+ days in advance, subject to a 15% processing fee (85% refund). No cancellations accepted within 30 days of the event date.
Rescheduling
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in production or has shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Defective Materials
If party materials are damaged or unusable due to our error upon delivery/setup:

Provide event details, photos, and description
We will arrange replacement materials when possible
What This Covers
This policy applies to all payments processed through Stripe or Honeybook invoices after contract signing. No refunds for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or venue changes.
