At Timeless Teddies, we take pride in providing high-quality stuffed animals with recordable hearts for a personalized experience. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will address any concerns regarding your order.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged teddy, please follow these steps:

Contact us at shoptimelessteddies@gmail.com  within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect or damage.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a store credit at our discretion.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in production or has shipped, cancellations are not possible.

RECORDING ISSUES

Our recordable hearts are tested before shipping. If you experience issues, please check the included instructions for troubleshooting. If problems persist, contact us for support.

SHIPPING ERRORS

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will correct the mistake at no additional cost to you.
